You must only fill out this form if you would like to purchase INDIVIDUAL DANCER IMAGES.

 If you do not want to purchase solo shots, you do not have to fill out this form.

NEW THIS YEAR: NO GROUP/CLASS PRINT ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN THIS YEAR VIA THIS ONLINE ORDER FORM.  

About 10 days after the shoot, all parents will be emailed all of the class/group shots. They are free and can be downloaded in high resolution (up to a print size of 8x10) for you to print where/as you wish with a photo release. If you would like to order prints (5x7 or 8x10) of your class/group shots, will be able to do this via that same link as the free digital downloads. You must order by May 9th before the link expires.

Dear TDC Recital and Photoshoot Participants (including Musical Theater),
 
Heidi Borgia Photography will be taking all of your beautiful dancers group and individual photos LOCATED AT THE DANCE CENTER on Saturday and Sunday, April 21st and April 22nd. Please see your dancer’s group photo scheduled time below. A letter specifying hair, make-up (if necessary), and tights will be emailed from The Dance Center. 

1) There will be NO make-up for class photos but solo shot make up day is on April 28th from 10 am -12 pm at Heidi Borgia’s Photography Studio: appointment necessary. Please email Heidi for more information. heidi@heidiborgiaphotography.com

2) There will be no same day orders taken this year. All orders must be placed on line by April 19th. All orders must also be done online as this online booking form is directly linked to the lab. No orders can be taken outside of this form (no paper form orders).

3) There is NO financial obligation to appear in the GROUP photos, and they will appear in the photo memory book each performer receives. 

4) You also will be able to have your dancer’s INDIVIDUAL portrait taken in as many costumes as you would like (one costume per session inside) after your group is photographed. However, we suggest if your dancer has LESS than 10 numbers between groups do not get in the solo shot line as group photos will not be delayed. To be safe, take all desired solo shots AFTER all your group shots are completed. 

Please ensure that you know the EXACT class that your dancer is in as some class titles have similar names. If you'd prefer to have your dancer's solo shot taken in a costume that their are not wearing over the recital weekend, please choose "other" for costumes and write in the color/style of the costume in comments.

5) Classes are spaced out this year between older and younger classes to help alleviate the solo shot line. We also suggest looking at the schedule and coming early Sunday for solo shots or before the first group for solo shots (the line is short or nonexistent) or at a block of time when it is teams or older classes. 

6) We ask that all parents of children wait outside for their child during group and individual photos (if you are ordering them).  

7) We will have teachers present for posing as well as organization. Each dancer in the solo studio will receive one pose per order. All dancers taking one or more solo photos will need to check in with Heidi Borgia Photography at the registration desk, which will be located outside, between Studio 5 and Studio 4. You will be given a card for each solo picture taken and this card will need to be given to the Heidi in the solo room.
 
8) Please plan to arrive in costume, with hair and make-up complete (directions will be sent from TDC) 20 minutes before your scheduled photo time. We will take the class in for their group photo right at the scheduled time. Group photos will be taken in Studio 5 and solo photos will be in Studio 4. 

9) Tips for solo shot posing:

POSING EXAMPLES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT OUTSIDE STUDIO 4

There will be no posing of solo shots where we do NOT see dancers faces. Please also be cognizant of costumes getting dirty before you to into the rooms for group or solo shots (i.e. small dancers practicing poses outside and getting dirt on costumes and tights).
