Don’t put the pressure on your loved ones to document your wedding; let them experience it as it unfolds, not from behind a device. With thoughtful content coverage in place, your guests can stay focused on you — not their phones — and you won’t see your wedding imagery filled with cell phones capturing the ceremony. The result is timeless, elegant portraits free of digital distractions.
Outdoor and beach locations are absolutely beautiful and create such a natural, relaxed setting. That said, things like wind and ocean waves can sometimes affect audio volume a bit, especially if you do not have a professional system. To help with that, we bring a portable audio system that is connected to the iphone and can mic the officiant and groom, so we’re still able to capture your vows and those important moments clearly.

Our dedicated content creator captures the energy and emotion unfolding around you throughout your wedding day — from the anticipation of getting ready to the celebration that follows — thoughtfully delivered in a social-ready format designed for immediate sharing. Coverage may include getting-ready excitement, couple portrait moments, ceremony highlights, reception ambiance and details, and those effortless, joyful interactions in between — all captured organically as the day naturally unfolds. The depth and variety of coverage will naturally reflect the amount of consecutive time reserved with your dedicated content creator.
Highlight REELS
Highlight-style REELs are delivered based on total consecutive hours booked:
• 1–5 hours booked — ONE highlight REEL
• 5–10 hours booked — TWO highlight REELs
Trending REEL Add-On
Have you seen a specific trending REEL on social media that you’d love to recreate?
Trending REELs require additional time, direction, and coordination. Each custom trending REEL is $95 per REEL.
Trending REELs are offered as add-ons only. They do not replace highlight REELs and cannot be credited toward additional highlight coverage.
Delivery of Content & REEL(s)
If your REEL(s) are created using iPhone-captured content only, you will receive your completed highlight REEL(s) and all raw video clips within 24–48 hours of your event.
If you would like your professionally edited photography incorporated into your REEL(s), delivery will align with your full gallery timeline, as final images must first be fully edited before integration.

Dedicated Content Creator
$195 per hour (consecutive coverage required)
option ONE
For a one-hour celebration centered on your ceremony and portraits, your Behind-the-Scenes Content Assistant captures the natural rhythm of the experience as it unfolds alongside your photography coverage. This may include meaningful glances before you walk down the aisle, short segments of your vow exchange and ring exchange, heartfelt reactions during the ceremony, your first kiss, warm embraces afterward, and relaxed, candid moments during your portrait time together. As you stroll, laugh, and settle into being newly married, subtle, social-ready clips are captured quietly and unobtrusively — preserving the emotion and atmosphere of the hour without interrupting the flow of your day.
If you would like additional coverage of other portions of your celebration — such as getting ready with friends or family, cocktail reception moments, or your dinner reception — your Behind-the-Scenes Content Assistant may be reserved for extended coverage as well. Additional time must be booked in consecutive hours.

Of course! All reels will be posted on social media and if you prefer, we can tag you as well. We will coordinate when we post.
why should we hire your staff versus hiring an outside content creator?
PURE simplicity! My staff will fully understand your wedding day, your timeline, the flow we have worked on. They can capture the content without disrupting the photo team on your day. My content creation team has been taking behind the scenes content for years and knows exactly how to capture the best lighting and moments.
Your photos and content will feel cohesive because they are coming from the same creative eye and team.
do you offer drone service as well?
Yes. Drone coverage is provided by a licensed drone operator who works seamlessly alongside us on your wedding day to ensure safe, discreet, and beautiful aerial capture.

can i have my friends and family take content on their phones?
Of course — although I don’t recommend it. I truly encourage couples to take the pressure off their friends and family when it comes to capturing video and photos on their phones, for a few important reasons. Your guests are there to watch you, to be present, and to fully experience your ceremony — not to document it.
They’ll typically be seated, and I don’t allow guests to roam around during the ceremony as it can become distracting. When multiple people are holding up phones, it also impacts sightlines and can show up in your professional images. By leaving it to me and my team, we’re able to move intentionally, capture the best angles, and ensure your imagery is clean — without screens pointed at you in every photo.
