Go Larger Than You Think
Over the years, I’ve seen many clients accidentally order the wrong size — and almost always, it’s too small. The most common mistake is not measuring the intended wall space beforehand, which often leads to choosing a smaller piece just to “be safe.” Once it arrives, they realize it doesn’t have the presence the space truly needs.
Before ordering, decide exactly where your artwork will live and measure that area carefully. I simply recommend opening up a big plastic bag and tape it to your wall.
Rule of thumb: your artwork should be approximately 60–75% the width of the furniture beneath it (such as a sofa, bed, or console table). This creates balance and ensures the piece feels intentional rather than lost on the wall.
When in doubt, go larger. A statement piece brings emotion, warmth, and impact into your home in a way a smaller print simply cannot.
What size wall art should I order?

Choose your album size first. Most couples prefer the 12x12 album size as it is more substantial and more of a statement from your day.
After you have chosen a 12x12 or a 10x10 album, you may then order additional gift album(s) in 8x8, which will be exact duplicates of your original design.
Your heirloom album includes 15 spreads (30 pages). To remain within this design, we recommend selecting approximately 50–70 images. If you choose to include more, your album will naturally expand.
Additional spreads are $95 each (two pages), and a $250 design retainer is required to begin your custom album creation.

This is a very common question. I always recommend starting by looking at the artwork you already have in your home — both on your walls and displayed on consoles or desks. Lean into the style and finishes you’re naturally drawn to.
Most homes beautifully accommodate canvas or framed fine-art prints, as they feel timeless and versatile. If your home leans more modern or contemporary, metal or acrylic artwork can be a stunning choice, offering a sleek, clean presentation with added depth and vibrancy.

why would we print through you instead of say walgreens or cvs?
Your images are edited on a professionally calibrated monitor, and my lab is color-matched to that system — ensuring your prints reflect the exact tones, brightness, and richness you see in your gallery.
Outside labs use different printers and color profiles, so I’m unable to guarantee color accuracy or overall quality if prints are ordered elsewhere. Over the years, I’ve seen consumer labs produce prints with unexpected color shifts — often leaning slightly green or purple — which can alter natural skin tones and overall warmth.
Ordering through your gallery ensures your images look exactly as they were designed to look.
I understand that the album itself is 30% off for up to one month after my gallery was released.. is there anything that is not on sale in regards to my album?
Your heirloom album is offered at a special savings of $450, making the base album $1,050. Custom upgrades such as embossing, additional spreads, album boxes, and other enhancements are available à la carte and are not included in the discounted pricing.
are we given a draft of the album?
Heidi will provide you with one draft of the album, from which you can make up to three revisions. All communication is done via an online album designer.
what if the album designed by heidi is longer than the 15 spreads/30 pages? from the images we favorited?
Heidi will first create a custom album design that tells the story of your day through the natural flow of your images. Once you review it, you’re welcome to simplify the design by removing images or expand it by adding additional spreads — available at $95 per spread (two pages)

You will choose a 12x12 or 10x10. After you order the initial album, you can order additional exact duplicates of that album in a smaller 8x8 size for parents/friends.
How many spreads/pages come in the 12x12 album?
The album comes with 15 lay flat spreads, which is 30 pages.
do I choose the images or does heidi for the album?
You can choose, by marking favorites in your gallery or Heidi can choose for you.
How many images should I choose for my album?
To closely fit a 30 paged album, Heidi suggests choosing approximately 50-70 images. Heidi designs your album based on the story of your wedding day, with the layout flowing organically from the images captured.
are covers included in the base price of the album?
The base album investment includes the album itself along with your choice of cover material, over 81 different covers to choose from — including Italian leather, metallic leather, pearlescent leather, textured leather, distressed leather, linen, woven, or velvet. Photo cover designs are available as an upgrade and are not included in the base album investment.
after we choose the images we want (or heidi chooses), how long will it take to get the draft of the album?
It will take up to 2-4 business days for Heidi to custom design your draft for you. After you have approved the album draft, it will take less than a week for you to receive your album.
Are the pages thick or thin, like in a book?
The album pages are thick and rigid and luxurious.
are the albums archival?
Yes, up to 100 years and 200 years if stored in the protective box it arrives in.
what is the fastest amount of time I can get an album in?
If Heidi chooses the imagery for the album, just a week to 10 days.
