Heidi can bring her portable studio directly to your office (within the Monterey Peninsula) for $85 per headshot, with a minimum of 10 people.
Volume pricing is available, with headshots ranging from $40–$85 per person, depending on the total number of individuals being photographed.
For more customized imagery, Branding Sessions begin at $675 per hour at your location or held outdoors. If you’re drawn to a more refined, studio-driven look, professionally lit studio sessions start at $950 per hour.

As Heidi has an assistant with her to help with the set up and client, she works very quickly and efficiently. Normally, Heidi can shoot approx. 25 clients in a 30 minute period.
The studio is conveniently located in Cannery Row in Monterey and is perfect for clients who need a variety of images for their website and marketing. You’ll have access to the couches and furniture shown, along with clean white, grey, or black backdrops for a beautiful headshot — all designed to create a casual, environmental, warm aesthetic that feels natural and inviting.
We can capture a mix of seated, standing, and more organic interactions indoors, then step outside for additional portraits around Cannery Row and down on the beach to add even more variety and personality to your collection.

For corporate events to be unobtrusive, Heidi does not have her assist with her and instead uses on camera flash if necessary.

We offer two approaches to content creation, allowing you to choose the level of coverage that best fits your needs:
• Dedicated Content Creator — $195/hour
A team member fully devoted to capturing candid, behind-the-scenes, and social-focused moments with undivided attention.
• Content Capture by Photographer or Assistant — $125/hour
Content captured by Heidi or a photography assistant while performing their primary photography roles.
